Worcestershire Centre Caravan & Motorhome Club

Welcome, please browse the site where you'll find all you need to know regarding Worcestershire Centre Caravan & Motorhome Club's activites and how to become involved.

As a local centre of The Caravan & Motorhome Club, please remember you need to be an active member of The C&MC, but not necessarily registered with our centre to come and join us.

You can read our centre Chairmans welcome here..

If you should need further advice, then please get in touch either by email (see our Contact Us page) or direct with the specified Rally Officer if your query relates to one of our scheduled events.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to a WCC&MC rally field soon.

The Worcestershire Centres AGM proved to be a successful event, with Kevin Mills taking up the role as Chairman for yet another term. In addition, due to other personal committments of previous members, there have been a few changes to the Senior Committee, as we welcome some fresh faces on to the team.

The Juniors section again highlighted their committment and enthusiasm to the centre, with the announcement of having raised in excess of £1500 for their current charity, Promised Dreams.

We hope you'll continue to support the centre and please feel free to speak with any of the committee, should you have any queries, idea's etc. See the Contact Us page for some contact details.

˜

Please remember too, that our 2018 diary still has a few rallies currently scheduled without Rally Officers, so please take a look at our 2018 diary and contact Joy Hall, if there are any events you're able to volunteer for.

Christmas at the Cob House.

It seems ages away, but the Worcs Centre Christmas meal will soon be upon us and we need to rally up your support (excuse the pun) to ensure the success of this event. The venue is the popular Cob House nr Worcester, a site that has attracted a good attendance since they welcomed their doors to us.

The meal will be either £11 for a small 2 course (starter and main or main and pudding) or £14 for a large 2 course.
3 course meal will be £14 for a small and £17.50 for a large. If required, coffee & mince pies will be an additional £1.50. To secure the restaurant for our exclusive use, we need a minimum of 50 people eating.

According to how many children we have under the age of 10, site could provide an alternative menu (nuggets & chips for example), but they will have to cost that once we know how many children are attending. We are unable to take any food or drink into the restaurant and the site is licenced until 9pm. We will have exclusive use of the restaurant from
6- 10pm, food to be served from 6pm, and the restaurant will not be open to the public on the evening.

We're hoping to secure use of Santa's Grotto and to use it for 'present giving', plus we could order meals for children on the afternoon at a cost of £5.50 each if there are enough, however we don't think this necessary given the evening meal, but it's a possibility if enough numbers need this option (but you'll pay again on the night).

The Cob House has provided a main Christmas menu, click here to view.

We need to know fairly quickly, the numbers of people who wish to attend, so that we can book the Restaurant and the site plan for their staff.

Joy and Dave Hall are taking bookings for this rally, so please book to let them know if you are planning to attend.
If you only wish to attend the meal and not the rally, we still need to know the numbers.

Please help in booking early for this event, whether you're attending for the whole weekend or just joining us for the day. We need your support so to ensure the success of this rally.

The 2018 Handbook cover photo was unanimously judged at this years AGM, with the winning photo being an appropriate collage from Jo Bradley.
There were a good number of quality entries this year, so thank you and well done to all entrants.
Jo's photo will adorn the cover of the 2018 handbook, details of its availability will be published soon.

Our apologies, but with regret, the Anglesey Holiday Rally for October has been cancelled,

so too has the rally at The Squirrel, Alverley.

As usual, these decisions haven't been taken lightly, however both have been the result of limited bookings and

some unexpected requirements imposed by the sites.

Please take a look at the Juniors page for information on their charity work, especially their scheduled fund-raising events planned during the 2017 rally season.

Donate to our chosen charity easily online too, via our JustGiving charity page.

Don't forget the challenge set by Centre Chairman Kevin Mills, for you to produce a bottle of homemade wine, of either fruit or veg origin.

Speak with Kevin for further details of when to submit your entries and for info on  judging.
